This step is really important as it is amalgamation of art, science, intuition, mental process and magic. All these together leads you to the root cause or the source of the problem. Action: You need to now apply your knowledge to troubleshoot the problem that you have deduced through observation. Once the problem is identified, you are required to take correct action. Testing: Once you apply some repairing action, you must test in between to find whether the repair action is moving in the right direction or not. If not, move to the first step.
