Red Hat Application Development I: Programming in Java EE (AD183)

This course is designed for Java developers who want to learn more about the specifications of the world of Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE). It introduces core concepts of multi-tiered Java Enterprise applications and gives you experience writing, deploying, and testing Java EE applications. This course facilitates individuals to describe most of the specifications in Java EE 7 and create a component with each specification. You can convert a Java SE program into a multi-tiered Java EE application.

Red Hat Certified Enterprise Application Developer exam (EX183)

The exam tests if you understand the core enterprise Java APIs required to implement modern, stateless business services. The exam focuses on using the default behavior of the minimal JEE APIs applicable across all modern Enterprise Java application development environments. 

 

You become a Red Hat Certified Enterprise Application Developer by passing this exam. If you continue your learning journey, this credential can also serve as a foundational step on your path toward our highest level of certification—Red Hat Certified Architect.

This course is designed for experienced JSE developers who want to extend and test their knowledge and skills in modern enterprise Java development.
