Instructor Terms & Conditions
- Valid certifications and subject-matter competence are required of instructors.
- The company’s copyright and quality criteria must be met by all course materials.
- Payment to instructors will be made in accordance with the parameters agreed upon, provided that deliverables are completed.
- Any content that violates the company’s policies may be changed or removed at its discretion.
- Data about participants and company resources must be kept private.
- Outside of the platform, instructors are not allowed to ask participants for personal services.
- Termination of the instructor agreement can occur with prior notice in cases of non-compliance.
